Pascuali GmbH, as the operator of the website www.rosygreenwool.com, strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) – which implements the European Accessibility Act – and the applicable technical standards. The basis for this is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at conformity level AA (WCAG 2.2 Level AA). These requirements cover all success criteria of WCAG levels A and AA, ensuring that web content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users. This largely fulfills legal requirements (BFSG requires compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA). Compliance status: Partially compliant. This means the website largely complies with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, but some parts are not fully accessible. We aim for full compliance and are continuously working to remove remaining barriers.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts and regular audits, some barriers may remain on www.rosygreenwool.com. Known accessibility limitations include:

  • Heading structure and hierarchy: Some pages may contain inconsistent heading levels due to legacy templates or shop design choices. We are reviewing and updating our templates to ensure logical heading structures.

Reasons for Existing Barriers:

Some issues result from technical legacy systems or limited resources. For example, some PDFs originate from external sources or outdated content, making revision time-consuming.

Our site links to external content, which we cannot verify or adapt for accessibility.

Measures to Improve Accessibility

Pascuali GmbH is taking the following steps to enhance accessibility and resolve known issues:

  • Ongoing resolution of known accessibility barriers as resources allow

  • Regular reviews: We conduct self-audits using automated tools

  • Automated tools: We use the danova Assistant, enabling users to customize the site interface according to their needs

  • Training and awareness: Our developers and editors receive continuous training in digital accessibility and WCAG compliance. Accessibility is considered from the planning stage of all content

  • External consultation: We work with accessibility experts to verify our efforts. An independent BITV/WCAG audit is planned to identify improvements and certify compliance

With these measures, we aim to continuously improve our website’s accessibility and meet the requirements of WCAG 2.2 AA and the BFSG.

Date of Statement

This statement was created on 28 July 2025 following an automated quick audit by external experts based on WCAG 2.2 Levels A and AA. Key areas of the site (navigation, homepage, forms, downloads) were tested selectively.

This statement will be updated whenever significant changes to the website or legal requirements occur.

Enforcement Procedure

We aim to resolve any concerns in a satisfactory manner. If you are not satisfied with our response or we fail to reply within a reasonable timeframe, you have the right to initiate an enforcement or mediation procedure.

Private companies are not required to undergo formal mediation processes under the Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities Act. However, you can contact the relevant market surveillance authorities, which will begin enforcing BFSG compliance from 28 June 2025. These authorities can take action or mediate disputes. Legal action is also possible – the BFSG explicitly grants consumers the right to challenge accessibility issues in court if necessary.
