The Linewalk Scarf is always with you, wherever your journey takes you. This distinctive scarf provides warmth and comfort, whilst being as unique as you are. Enjoy its generous length, inviting you to snuggle up, or knit it to exactly the measurement you want. The timeless Chevron Stitch pattern gives you the chance to explore the expressive tones of our Lovely Merino Treat, and put together a colour combination that reflects your personality. Discover enjoyable knitting techniques that will help you get into a pleasant rhythm, and knit an accessory that also makes a wonderful gift for someone who is particularly close to your heart.
The Linewalk Scarf is worked flat from the bottom up in one piece. You start with a 1×1 Waste Yarn Tubular Cast-On, followed by a short section of ribbing. The scarf then transitions into an all-over two-colour Chevron Stitch pattern, knitted with neat selvedge edges throughout. You finish the scarf with a matching ribbed border and a 1×1 Tubular Cast-Off.
The finished scarf is approx. 24 cm (9.5 in) wide and 240 cm (94.5 in) long (after blocking).
You need 4 skeins (385 [539, 682] g) of Lovely Merino Treat: 2 (190 g) in Colour A and 2 (185 g) in Colour B.
The indicated yarn quantities apply according to the gauge.
The garment in the images is knitted with the colours Cedar and Dragonfly.
